Want to work in your field and train on the job? Join our 12-24-month apprentice program! You will earn and learn on the job, receive career guidance and mentorship, all while attending school. Allstate will also provide tuition assistance and hands-on training in strategy and operations.

Law & Regulation - Strategy & Operations Analyst Apprentice

Your role as a Strategy & Operations Analyst will expose you to business-critical projects that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within Allstates Law & Regulation department. Through hands-on work, you will gain valuable experience in project management, risk assessment, and business process improvement. Job Qualifications

Education:

• Pursuing an Associates Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or other relevant fields preferred.
• Candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Authorization:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Core Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities—ability to assess risks, identify efficiencies, and drive process improvements.
• Organizational and time management skills—capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to coordinate across teams and provide clear project updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
• Self-starter—someone who takes initiative, collaborates effectively, and proactively identifies solutions.

Strategy & Operations Analyst Apprentice Responsibilities:

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, youll play a key role in supporting business initiatives and operational improvements within Allstates Law & Regulation department. Youll:

• Assess and report the health of projects and programs, ensuring transparency and accurate status updates.
• Engage with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide oversight and direction throughout the project lifecycle to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans and requirements.
• Act as an internal advocate for projects, driving engagement and alignment with business objectives.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate project risks or issues as needed.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.
