We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our handmade lighting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and relationship management to effectively connect with our target audience.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across meta, tiktok and pinterest to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create visually appealing content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries; utilize social listening techniques to gather insights.
- Manage relationships with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products effectively through social media channels.
