Onspring is seeking energetic, intelligent, process-minded, client-focused individuals who want to be part of a high-growth technology company based in Kansas City. The primary objective of the Operations Specialist, Renewals will be to project manage the entirety of the Onspring renewals, deal desk and expansion programs. This role will focus on executing a thorough and efficient renewals program, project managing and building renewal quotes while assisting with expansion quotes. This role works closely with our Client Development, Public Sector, Professional Services, Accounts Receivable, Legal and Operations teams, providing continual communication and visibility on renewals and risks, along with a future state collaboration with the New Business team on quote generation.
Responsibilities:
Renewals & Expansions Project Management:
- Execute the standardized renewal process for Onspring customer base
- Create thorough, detail oriented internal and external facing renewal and expansion quotes and options
- Act as primary point of contact between departments (Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Legal, other) ensuring effective execution of renewals with accurate quoting.
- Track and project manage renewal dates and deliverables for the entire Onspring customer base
- Communicate at multiple levels internally on renewal deliverable progress
- Project manage renewals to completion
- Provide tracking and visibility to management on renewals and expansions
- Ensure CRM accuracy on all aspects of renewals and expansions
- Develop additional operations team members on all aspects of renewal / expansion process, eliminating single points of failure
New Business / Public Sector Quoting Process:
- Alongside Operations leadership and departmental sponsors, build out the new business quoting process, mirroring best practices and processes from Renewals and Expansion initiatives
- Work to build out new processes and accompanying documentation
- Execute pilot, incorporating stakeholder feedback
- Provide ongoing training, process refinement and enhancements to established process
Reactive Support:
- Provide reactive support on client quote requests, internal and external
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently when needed
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
Operational Functions:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of client/revenue operations processes.
- Ongoing improvements to CRM promote customer satisfaction, health and improved CSAT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in a client-facing service, support, or renewals role (previous experience working in software or technology is preferred)
- Creative, analytical thinker who is adept at troubleshooting and solving problems
- Strong background developing internal relationships, achieving buy in with process/change management
- Superb organizational and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working cross departmentally with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
