About Us:
Entheas mission is to provide safe, effective, and affordable access to innovative mental health treatments like ketamine assisted therapy. We are a third-party, health plan benefits administrator. We specialize in health plan benefit riders and single case agreement (SCA) services which allow employers and health insurers to offer evidence-based mental health treatments to their health plan beneficiaries. We are building a broad network of healthcare providers including certified and credentialed Ketamine-Assisted Therapy practitioners; we are establishing relationships with employers and other healthcare payers; and we have created the policies, procedures and IT infrastructure to link payers and providers. Our goal is to make the funding and delivery of mental healthcare services as easy as possible for all involved - provider, payer and client. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Client Success Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients throughout the implementation, launch and growth of our benefit program. This role is pivotal in ensuring positive client experiences and maintaining high satisfaction levels across customers and members.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on healthcare services.
- Manage incoming client communications via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead implementation of the Enthea benefit for our clients and members.
- Educate clients and members on available benefit that Enthea administers, be able to answer detailed questions about the benefit design and operations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including billing, operations, and clinical staff, to run the program, resolve concerns and streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications
- Startup experience and excitement about mental health a huge plus, not required

Note: The position will start of as an hourly position but can quickly become a full time position depending on the successful candidates availability. We can be flexible with hours/scheduling.
