The opportunity Southern New Hampshire Universitys traditional campus is looking for an Assistant E-sports Coach for Overwatch, part-time. You will report to the Director of E-Sports. You will be responsible for the administration and coaching of the intercollegiate e-sports program, which includes all recruiting, practice, and game preparation. While you will be supporting our on-campus students, this position can be remote. In this Role Youll Get To:

• Organize and implement the assessment, identification, and recruitment of qualified student-athletes.
• You will work closely with Admissions and Financial Aid and the Director of E-sports in the recruitment of e-sports learners.
• Maintain a schedule for the entire academic year, which includes individual meetings.
• Support academic development and graduation of learners and act as role model learners in the program.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the University, alumni, high school coaches, media, and the local community.
• Maintain memberships and participation in the various e-sports associations and affiliations.

What were Looking For:

• A Bachelors degree
• 1 to 3 years of coaching experience with a team-based sport or activity.
• 3+ years experience with Overwatch.
• Knowledge, observance, and commitment to all rules and regulations as outlined by the College and National Association of Colleges and Employers.

Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $15.49 - $20.95.
