• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all communications reflect positively on the company.
• Assist in training new team members on best practices for customer support.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued, particularly in English and Spanish or other languages.
• Strong skills in office operations, including familiarity with common software applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences while demonstrating empathy and patience.
• Experience in cash handling is a plus, showcasing reliability in financial transactions.
