About the role
Applicants for this role must be geographically located within the continental United States.
The Investigative Analyst, BGSM position, using discretion and independent judgment, is responsible for executing the delivery of quality and complete case materials. This position requires skill in planning and organizing how to carry out a case assignment from their director. This position applies advanced skills in maintaining records and charts, preparing written reports, and maintaining effective working relationships with others.
What youll do
- Maintain and manage claims to ensure claims remain up to date with relevant information and active
- Conduct Background and Social Media Investigations and produce a well written, thorough report to the client in a timely manner
- Complete assigned objectives in a timely manner
- Provide regular weekly/monthly updates for the client
- Compile and provide receipts monthly for the client
- Ensure the claim narrative is up to date with accurate and relevant information that captures time, expenses, and appropriately reflects the services performed
- Create and provide estimated budgets for the client
- Review claims, reports, requests, and invoices weekly
- Performs other duties relevant to claims as required/necessary.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Basic knowledge in basic understanding in English grammar, diction and syntax
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge in various Social Media Platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
