Remote Appointment Setter - Work From Home

What You’ll Do:

✅ Make outbound warm and cold calls to homeowners using our provided scripts.
✅ Convert conversations into qualified appointments for our sales team.
✅ Engage in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and listen to homeowners needs.
✅ Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
✅ Collaborate with the team to hit performance targets and improve strategies.
✅ Adhere to high ethical and professional standards in every conversation.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong phone presence - confident, friendly, and persuasive.
✅ Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or call center roles (preferred but not required).
✅ Excellent verbal communication skills - clear, engaging, and professional.
✅ Self-motivated and disciplined - able to work independently in a remote setting.
✅ Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.
✅ Comfortable using CRM software, online dialers, and basic computer tools (Microsoft, Gmail, Excel, Google Drive).
✅ Bilingual candidates are a plus!

Position Details:

✅ 100% Remote - Work from Home
✅ $14-16 per hour (based on experience) + $100 bonuses for every converted lead
✅ 40-45 hours per week
✅ Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00/6:00 PM EST)
✅ 2 Saturdays per month (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST)
✅ Paid Training, Scripts, and Dialing Software Provided

✅ Earn $475-$600+ Per Week | Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses
30 Hours Per Week | Flexible Schedule | Paid Training Provided

Requirements:

✅ 1 year experience min in real estate calling homeowners.

✅ Reliable internet connection & a quiet workspace.
✅ Noise-canceling headset and computer/laptop.
✅ Available to start training ASAP!

Shift:

• 9-6:00pm hour shift
• Day shift
• Some evenings hours 6-8:00pm
• Some weekends may be asked (additional bonus for Saturday and Sunday)

Compensation

• Paid Hourly $14-16/hour + Monthly Bonus + Performance Bonus
• 40-45 hours per week
• Paid Weekly
