Job Overview
The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients are fully supported and achieve optimal results through their funding journey. As the main point of contact, you will assist with onboarding, answer questions, prep their credit profile and onboarding assets, proactively check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction, and expedite their funding progress. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey with us, and fostering long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention. This role demands a passion for helping clients succeed, along with strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple client relationships.

Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding, support, and funding guidance.
- Collaborate with clients to create tailored funding game plans, addressing credit report analysis and application needs.
- Conduct proactive check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and progress in funding.
- Assist clients with balance transfers, credit card liquidation processes, and funding strategies working directly with our funding director and clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to expedite client funding, meeting deadlines and resolving inquiries.
- Manage a high volume of client accounts (50-100) at any given time, maintaining organization, timeliness, and clear communication.
- Support clients by educating them on credit report insights, funding eligibility, and best practices for credit repair.
- Track client milestones and provide ongoing coaching for additional rounds of funding as needed.
- Help assist with clients billing, invoices, and properly tracking correct data when it comes to our clients funding and applications submitted
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably one that has managed lots of clients at any given time within Account Management
- Big bonus to have experience when it comes to traditional bank lending options (0% credit cards, personal loans, business lines of credit and term loans)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in analyzing data to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
